Crafting a site worthy of DEVLA standards

Our standardized process was flexibly adapted to meet DEVLA’s specific needs, beginning with a detailed audit of the existing website to identify key pain points and benchmark performance against competitor real estate platforms. Insights from this research informed a user-centered redesign that simplified navigation, emphasized visual property presentation, and established a consistent brand language. The solution was developed through wireframing and prototyping modern, mobile-first layouts with clear hierarchy and responsive structure, followed by refined UI improvements using a professional color palette, structured typography, and high-quality imagery aligned with a premium real estate brand. Prior to launch, the site underwent thorough testing and refinement to ensure usability, accessibility, and performance across all devices.
The redesign went even further, transforming DEVLA’s site into a functional management tool, with secure forms for rental applications and maintenance requests that streamline operations and support leads, inventory, and tenant services.
