Some messages are easier shared in an intimate exchange between peers. Working with Laurentian University to promote LU Health Services, short videos were the ideal medium to create shareable messages centered around challenging topics.
Self-care practices were included to lay a foundation for building trust and rapport between peers. Increasing audience engagement among students by providing content that resonates with their lived experience.
